Guidelines to posting entries...

The Admin Suite has following links on the sidebar:
Frontpage (the frontpage of the admin suite)
Personal Settings (your personal settings... you may include some information about you, if you wish, and browse other users as well as choose to change your password. In addition you can enable the WYSIWYG editor there for making more customized entries whenever you post)

Entries
New Entry (the form that can be used for posting entries)
Edit Entries (the form where you can edit your posted entries)

Media
Add media (the media manager, which can be used to store pictures or other media files... try to keep the media files relatively small-sized)
Media library (shows the media files you have uploaded so far, and that are available for your use when posting entries)

Posting entries:
The Entry Body is the first part of the entry that should include only the first paragraph, and rest of the entry should be written under "Extended Body" (click the + sign next to extended body to bring up the text field for it). The use for I B and U tabs, should be clear as they stand for Italic, Bold and Underline. Quote should be used for

quoting

(select the text you wish to quote, and click Quote). img, on the other hand, should be used for linking to an image on the web. However, it's advised to use Media tab instead to show a media file (for example, an image) which you have uploaded, because linking to other website's images will most likely result in copyright issues (unless you have gotten their permission for reproduction of their content). The URL tab is for posting links.

Have fun posting entries... please note that all entries need to be confirmed by the site's admin before they're published, so it can take a while before your entry will be visible on the blog.
