DARK TRANQUILLITY - new track posted online
Swedish melodic death metal legend DARK TRANQUILLITY has returned with its stunning new album “Fiction”, which has been released on Century Media Records on April 23rd, 2007 (Europe). As another sonic appetizer DARK TRANQUILLITY have posted one more song taken off “Fiction” at the band’s MySpace page, check out “Terminus (Where Death Is Most Alive)” <HERE>!
Furthermore, the band has just returned from their US tour with The Haunted, Scar Symmetry and Into Eternity, and issued the following résumé on their homepage:
Just got back home from the tour, which without doubt was our most successful US trek so far. Huge thanks to everyone involved (bands, crew, audience). It was an honour sharing the stage with three of the best bands in the metal scene, and every night was a great experience. The final show in Los Angeles turned out to be a real highlight, with all sort of bizarre and wicked things taking place during the gig. Luckily we had doctors available!
Media feedback on “Fiction” so far is absolutely overwhelming: Rock Hard (D) magazine states, that the new album “has everything you love about DARK TRANQUILLITY!”, Metal Hammer (D) adds “there are bands that are like a good bottle of wine: They get better with age!” whereas Legacy (D) puts it as simple as it is by labelling it “Killer!”.
