After choosing classically trained American coloratura soprano Jennifer Sowle to sing the leading character in his Classic Rock Opera, Timo Tolkki chose the second singer for his 3rd solo album. He is Heikki Pöyhiä from the Finnish band Twilightning.

I just heard from Henning Pauly about this opportunity... he's searching for a vocalist to sing on the next Frameshift album. Vocalists on the previous Frameshift records were James LaBrie and Sebastian Bach, but this doesn't necessarily mean anything regarding the new material - so, take a chance and let Henning hear what you can do.
